Guidelines, Conditions, Expectations
eventcinemas.co.nz wants your gift buying experience to be a success. We know the best way to achieve success is to formulate a strong, honest and open relationship with you. A relationship where communication is clear and expectations from both sides are understood from the beginning.

Terms and conditions relating to eventcinemas.co.nz's products are set out below. The payment by any person of any fees and charges for such products shall be deemed to be an acknowledgment and acceptance by such person of these terms and conditions.

Agent
In providing products for sale via this website, eventcinemas.co.nz acts as an agent for various companies who supply those products and related activities. eventcinemas.co.nz does not accept or undertake any liability when acting in this capacity.

Prices
While all attempts are made to maintain published prices, prices are subject to change without notice at the sole discretion of eventcinemas.co.nz. Prices quoted include GST unless otherwise specified.

Confirmation of Order
Event Cinemas will confirm your order via e-mail once payment has been authorised. Orders that are not confirmed in this way are not valid unless otherwise notified by eventcinemas.co.nz.

Payment Terms
As gift vouchers have a cash value, full payment for the total order amount must be processed prior to gift vouchers being despatched to you.

Cancellation/Amendment To An Order
All cancellations/amendments must be advised to us by you via telephone within one hour of placement of order. Orders that are not cancelled in this way will be processed as valid orders and no refund of any price paid will be available.

Indemnity
Products purchased via eventcinemas.co.nz may relate to activities that involve risk to participants. Participants should carefully assess those risks before undertaking the activity, and do so at their own risk. No responsibility or liability is accepted or undertaken by eventcinemas.co.nz, its employees, agents or contractors for any death, injury, accident, damage to personal property or any other matter arising from any act, omission or thing outside their control.

Activity Specific Terms & Conditions
In addition to the terms and conditions set out above any product purchased is subject to such further terms and conditions as may apply in respect of the particular product purchased as disclosed elsewhere on this website in relation to that product. The purchase of a product shall be deemed to be an acknowledgement and acceptance of those further terms and conditions. In instances where eventcinemas.co.nz books an activity on behalf of the customer, the customer is also bound by such further Terms & Conditions as may apply to the activity as advised at the time of the booking or as may be displayed at the time the activity is carried out.

Availability
Products purchased via this website may not be available or able to be redeemed during certain periods and are subject to availability at all times.

Validity
Products purchased via this website may only be valid for use for a restricted period of time or until a specified date. Products that are not used or redeemed by any such use-by date will be invalid and no refund or extension of time will be available.

Business Centre
Event Cinemas reserves the right to review and approve membership to our Business Centre. Membership access can be withdrawn without any prior notice. By signing up to the Event Cinemas Business Centre, you understand you will not have access to the retail site.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of New Zealand.
